Our chickens are raised with care on open pasture and fed a high-quality organic diet, allowing them to roam, forage and live as nature intended.
We offer a variety of cuts including:
- Whole Chicken
- Cut & Packaged Whole Chicken (2 breasts, 2 legs, 2 thighs & 2 wings)
- Chicken Breasts
- Chicken Legs & Thighs
- Chicken Wings
We raise pigs that are known for their exceptional flavor, marbling and quality. Our pigs are thoughtfully raised with access to pasture and a carefully selected diet to ensure the best possible product.
We offer a variety of cuts including:
- Breakfast sausage
- Bacon
- Brats
- Pork Chops
- Pre-butchered whole & half options
Our menu is filled with simple, farm-crafted favorites made fresh each week based on what's in season and what we're inspired to create.
